Retesco provides a hosted, schema-driven knowledge-graph platform with API and MCP access for AI agents, operated by Positive Science (France) at retesco.com.
The Free plan includes a 14-day trial of paid features, then continues with reduced limits. Paid plans (Pro, Business) renew monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
You may not use the service to process unlawful content, to probe other tenants, or to exceed reasonable resource use. We may suspend abusive workloads after notice where feasible.
You retain all rights to your workspace content. You may export it via the API or dump tooling at any time. On account closure we delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We target reasonable commercial availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app where practical.
To the extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days ahead. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by French law. Courts of Lyon, France have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
